Season Long Ski Rental Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to keep the process simple while ensuring every customer receives a dependable and timely rental package.

Booking Deadlines and Pickup Timeline

The last day to reserve a season long ski rental is November 1. All ski packages will be ready for pickup by December 1 unless otherwise communicated.

Complimentary Cancellation Window

If you complete your ski boot fitting before November 1, you have a complimentary cancellation period of fourteen days from the date of your fitting. During this time, you may cancel your rental at no charge.

Standard Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your season long rental any time before December 1. Cancellations received after November 15 are subject to a seventy nine dollar cancellation fee.

Non Cancellable Rentals

Once you receive notice that your skis are ready for pickup, the rental becomes non cancellable. At this stage, your equipment has been prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned to inventory.

Our Commitment to Timely Delivery

If we are unable to provide your skis by the date we originally promised, you will receive a gift card for ski servicing at our shop as our way of making it right.
