Our fit guarantee applies to boots purchased in-store and recommended by a boot fitter. We can still fit boots that are purchased online for a standard fitting fee, but they’re not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
We don’t price match ski boots, but our fittings include lifetime value — not just a sale. You’ll leave with properly fit boots and ongoing support.
Most appointments last 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs and adjustments required. We book our fitters for 2 hours per appointment to ensure we're not rushed and you get the attention and time you deserve.
We currently offer trim-to-fit footbeds for enhanced comfort and support.
