If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it for an exchange or a full refund (minus return shipping fees).

All in stock items ship within 2 business days. Time in transit is anywhere from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Ottawa Valley Air Paddle takes pride in getting you your purchase fast. It is very common for our customers to have their board or boat on the water in 3 days or less. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations depending on stock and availability.

Once your purchase has shipped Ottawa Valley Air Paddle will provide you with a tracking number via email. All shipments are sent via courier with no signature required unless otherwise requested by the customer.
