OVAP Demo Centre – Cancellation, Credit Use & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and weather-related changes for Demo Centre appointments.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Demo Centre bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or missed appointments without notice.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change!
To reschedule your Demo Centre booking:

Please contact us at hello@ovap.ca at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.
Demo Credit
Demo Centre credit or promotional offer provided as a result of a Demo Centre booking must be used within 7 days from the original demo appointment date. After this period, the credit will expire and no longer be valid.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Safety is our top priority. We closely monitor weather conditions and may cancel or postpone Demo Centre appointments if conditions are unsafe due to:

High winds

Storms or lightning

Heavy rain

Other hazardous circumstances
We do not cancel for light rain, so please come prepared with appropriate weather gear.
OVAP-Initiated Cancellations
If OVAP cancels a Demo Centre appointment (or any service, including tours, rentals, or events) due to weather or safety concerns, customers will be given the option to:

Reschedule the activity for a future date

Receive a full refund of the affected booking

Accept store credit for future use
Customer-Initiated Cancellations (Weather-Related)
If a customer cancels due to personal comfort or weather concerns when OVAP has not officially cancelled the appointment, the standard cancellation policy applies, and no refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations.
Notification Process
We’ll notify you as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related cancellation.
