This super fun class will bring your yoga practice to a new level, working on core strength, improving your balance, and getting you outdoors on the water. It creates a deeper sense of presence as you are more focused on each movement, making this a very mindful practice.
Whether you are newer to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class will encourage a beginner’s mindset bringing new challenges to your yoga routine.
The class will begin with a short SUP intro, which will include a brief overview of the board, paddle, and safety equipment.
Come prepared to get wet! SUP Yoga is a water sport. A bathing suit, yoga attire, or shorts and T-shirt are all appropriate. Bring extra clothes and a towel for after your class. Bring water in an unbreakable container for during class.
